Ingredients
  Breadcrumbs 4 Ounce
  Suet/Margarine 2 Ounce, chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg To Taste
  Lemon 1⁄2 , rind grated
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix together all the ingredients and season to taste.
Use for veal and poultry, fish or vegetables.
