Party Platter For Oktoberfest

A simple to make Oktoberfest Party Platter recipe. I'll use any excuse to throw a party, so being that it is time for Oktoberfest, I thought I would whip up a quick and simple party platter to celebrate. Enjoy this with your favorite ice cold beer!
Ingredients
  Smoked gouda 4 Ounce, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Sharp cheddar 4 Ounce, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Sourdough pretzels 7 , broken into bite size pieces
  Smoked ham 8 Ounce, cut in half and rolled up
  Turkey sausage 4 , grilled and cut into bite size pieces
  Bread and butter pickle 6 Ounce (1/2 Jar)
  Baby dill pickle 6 Ounce (1/2 A Jar)
  Rye bread slices 5 , cut into triangles
  Horseradish mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

There are no real rules for this platter. All you need to do is arrange all of your ingredients on a large platter and then get the party started!
