Party Platter For Oktoberfest
A simple to make Oktoberfest Party Platter recipe. I'll use any excuse to throw a party, so being that it is time for Oktoberfest, I thought I would whip up a quick and simple party platter to celebrate. Enjoy this with your favorite ice cold beer!
|Smoked gouda||4 Ounce, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Sharp cheddar||4 Ounce, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Sourdough pretzels||7 , broken into bite size pieces|
|Smoked ham||8 Ounce, cut in half and rolled up|
|Turkey sausage||4 , grilled and cut into bite size pieces|
|Bread and butter pickle||6 Ounce (1/2 Jar)|
|Baby dill pickle||6 Ounce (1/2 A Jar)|
|Rye bread slices||5 , cut into triangles|
|Horseradish mustard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey mustard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
There are no real rules for this platter. All you need to do is arrange all of your ingredients on a large platter and then get the party started!
