Barbecued Beef Brisket

Ingredients
  Catsup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beef brisket 4 Pound
Directions

In small bowl, combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic salt, celery salt and cayenne pepper.
Pierce brisket on both sides with a fork.
Place in 3-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Pour half of sauce over brisket; cover.
Convection Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
Turn meat over and add remaining sauce.
Cover and continue baking 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
