Beef Vegetable Patties

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Chopped peeled cooked potato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped peeled cooked carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bottled hamburger relish 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Evaporated milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Mix ground beef lightly with onion, potatoes, carrot,green onion, relish, egg, evaporated milk, salt and pepper until well-blended; shape into 6 patties about 1 inch thick.
2. Pan-fry over medium heat in butter or margarine for 8 minutes on each side for medium, or until meat is done as you like it.
