Beef Vegetable Patties
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, grated|
|Chopped peeled cooked potato||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped peeled cooked carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bottled hamburger relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green onion||2 Tablespoon|
1. Mix ground beef lightly with onion, potatoes, carrot,green onion, relish, egg, evaporated milk, salt and pepper until well-blended; shape into 6 patties about 1 inch thick.
2. Pan-fry over medium heat in butter or margarine for 8 minutes on each side for medium, or until meat is done as you like it.
