Beef With Peanuts

Ingredients
  Beef top round steak 1 Pound
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Raw peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped bok choy 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Fresh bean sprouts/16-ounce can bean sprouts, drained 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Partially freeze beef; slice thinly across the grain into bite-size strips.
Dissolve bouillon granules in water.
Blend soy sauce into cornstarch; stir in bouillon.
Set aside.
Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat; add cooking oil.
Stir-fry peanuts over high heat in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes or till lightly browned.
Remove peanuts.
Add onion and garlic; stir-fry 1 minute.
Add bok choy; stir-fry 1 minute more.
Add bean sprouts; stir-fry 1 minute more.
Remove vegetables.
Add half the beef to hot wok or skillet; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or till browned.
Remove beef.
Stir-fry remaining beef 2 to 3 minutes.
Return all meat to wok or skillet.
Stir soy mixture and stir into beef.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in vegetables; cover and cook 1 minute.
Stir in peanuts.
