Ingredients
  Veal 3 Pound
  Beef 2 Pound
  Ham 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Bread crumbs 1 Pint
  Nutmeg 2 , grated
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mince the meat all fine.
Mix all ingredients together, place in oval-shaped loaf, and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 1/2 hours (moderate low, 325-degree oven).
