Turkey And Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned mushroom button 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Bread slice 6
  Beef tenderloin slices 6 (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Sliced roasted turkey breast 6
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Ground nutmeg To Taste
Directions

Melt 2 tablespoons butter; blend in flour.
Gradually stir in cream.
Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add drained mushrooms; season to taste with salt, pepper, and a dash of nutmeg.
Stir in wine.
Keep warm.
Cut bread into rounds, butter, and saute in well-buttered skillet until brown on both sides.
Keep hot.
Quickly saute beef on both sides.
Place slices of fried bread on individual plates.
Top each with beef and turkey.
Cover with mushroom sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika.
