Beef V Rice Hot Dish

  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Uncooked instant rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Hot water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon

In a skillet, brown beef; drain.
Add onion, green pepper, salt and pepper; cook and stir over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes
