|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Red bell pepper/Green /yellow bell pepper||1 Small, sliced|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Tomato ketchup||4 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Saute the onion in the butter until light brown.
Crumble the burgers and add them to the saute, stirring often.
Add the sliced pepper and mushrooms and continue stirring.
Add the ketchup, salt and pepper and cook the mixture, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
