Pan Fried Beef Ribs

  Beef ribs 12 (Meaty, English Cut)
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
For sauce
  Chutney 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Catsup/Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Rum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Sprinkle pepper and lemon juice over ribs and let stand 30 minutes.
Brown ribs in lightly greased skillet, spoon sauce over them.
Brown at high heat.
These cook like steak.
Combine ingredients for sauce and cook until done and pour over the ribs.
