Oyster Beef Slices

Ingredients
  Beef steak 1 Pound (Fillet / Other Tender Fat Trimmed Steak)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  White wine/Water 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lard/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Slice steak into strips 1/8-inch thick and about 1 by 2 inches.
Combine soy sauce, water, cornstarch, wine, and salt.
Pour over meat slices, and toss to coat meat.
Heat lard in large frying pan or wok until very hot.
Turn in seasoned meat mixture,- stir-toss over high heat for 2 minutes.
Add oyster sauce and sugar.
Cook and stir just 1 minute more.
