Oyster Beef Slices
|Beef steak||1 Pound (Fillet / Other Tender Fat Trimmed Steak)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|White wine/Water||1 Tablespoon|
|Lard/Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Oyster sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Slice steak into strips 1/8-inch thick and about 1 by 2 inches.
Combine soy sauce, water, cornstarch, wine, and salt.
Pour over meat slices, and toss to coat meat.
Heat lard in large frying pan or wok until very hot.
Turn in seasoned meat mixture,- stir-toss over high heat for 2 minutes.
Add oyster sauce and sugar.
Cook and stir just 1 minute more.
