Hoisin Flavored Beef Steak

Ingredients
  Flank steak 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1⁄2 , cut into thin strips
  Ripe tomatoes 4 , sliced
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Wine 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Oil 2 Teaspoon (30 Milliliter)
  Water 22 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon (6 Milliliter)
  Egg white 1⁄2
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Hoisin sauce 22 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Hot catsup 22 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
Directions

1. Trim off excess fat and membrane on beef surface. Cut into 2" x 2" x 14" (5 cm x 5 cm x 0.75 cm) squares; marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Stir-fry onion in 1 tablespoon oil for 1 minute over high heat and set aside. Remove from pan.
3. Heat a non-stick pan with 2 tablespoons oil. Brown beef slices for 1 1/2 minutes over medium-high heat on each side, slightly pressing down on beef for uniform browning.
4. Add sauce mixture and cooked onions and mix well.
