Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Large
  Baby greens 1 Ounce (Spring Mix)
  Beef roast 3 Ounce, sliced
  Pate slice 1 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Combine mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Slice croissant in half horizontally. Spread the dressing on both halves.
3. Spread spring mix over the croissant bottom.
4. Top with roast beef and pate.
