Stir Fried Beef
|Dark soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Rump steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Vegetable oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Green ginger||3 Inch, peeled and chopped (Fresh)|
|Bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine the soy sauce, garlic, cornflour (cornstarch) and sugar in a shallow bowl.
Add the beef strips and mix well.
Cover and set aside for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Heat the oil in a large frying-pan.
When it is hot, add the ginger and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the beef mixture and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Stir in the bean sprouts and stir-fry for a further 4 minutes.
Spoon into a warmed bowl and serve at once.
