Chunky Beef Chili

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried thyme 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried rosemary 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Beef stew meat 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Canned beef broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned chopped green chilies 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Jalapeno peppers 2 , seeded and minced
  Canned crushed tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned chili beans 31 Ounce, undrained (2 Cans, 15 1/2 Ounces Each)
  Canned pinto beans 15 1⁄2 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)
  Canned kidney beans 15 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can, White / Red)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ground cumin 2 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 4 Drop
Directions

In a plastic bag, combine flour, thyme and rosemary; add beef cubes and shake to coat.
In a 4-qt.kettle or Dutch oven, brown ground beef and the beef cubes; drain.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Cover and simmer for 5 hours.
Garnish with cheese if desired.
