Beef Short Ribs

|Ginger juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Wine||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped green onion||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Soy sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Catsup||22 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)|
|Hoisin sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Wild honey||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Sesame oil||2 Teaspoon|
1. Score meat with a knife 4" x1/2 deep on meat side of ribs and marinate for 2-4 hours.
2. Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C); place ribs on rack in shallow pan. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes. Turn ribs and bake another 15-20 minutes.
3. Turn oven to broil. Combine braising sauce in a bowl and brush on both sides of ribs. Broil ribs for 1 1/2 minutes on meat side and 1 minute on the other side.
