Beef With Broccoli

Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Fresh broccoli 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Ginger piece 1 (1 Wedge, Size Of Quarter)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon, mixed with 2 teaspoons water
  Water 2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock/Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Light soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Using a high flame, heat pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil, salt, and ginger.
Add broccoli and stir.
Add stock and cover for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover, stir, remove, and set aside.
Heat pan again and add remaining tablespoon of oil.
When pan is red hot, add beef and flatten against sides of pan.
Chow for 45 seconds until beef is three-quarters cooked.
Add broccoli and stir in cornstarch mixture.
