  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Potato 1 Large
  Eggs 2
  Flour 1 Ounce

Grind the potato with medium grinder and put into bowl with meat.
Mix this very well.
Add the 2 eggs and mix again.
Add spices (salt, pepper, onion powder and turmeric) and flour and mix it again very well.
Add more flour if the mix is liquid.
Prepare pan.
Have some oil in it and don't let it get too hot.
Take half a handful of mix and put it on the palm of other hand and shape it as an ellipse (not very thick) and put it in the pan.
When both sides of it get brown, it's ready to eat.
You should be able to make 15 to 18 of these Kotlets, which would serve 4 to 5 people.
