Spiced Pot Roast

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boneless beef 1 (Rump / Chuck Roast)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Beef broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chutney 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine flour, salt and pepper; rub over entire roast.
In a Dutch oven, brown roast in oil on all sides.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
Cover and bake at 325° for 3 hours or until meat is tender.
Thicken gravy if desired.
