Microwaved Rolled Rib Roast
|Rolled rib roast||5 Pound|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Seasoned salt||To Taste|
In bottom of 2-quart (8 x 8) baking dish, place an inverted saucer or small casserole cover to hold meat out of juices.
Place thin slices of garlic under string holding meat together.
Sprinkle roast with seasoned salt.
Place roast, fat side down, on saucer and cook, uncovered, for half of time.
Turn fat side up, baste, and cook covered with wax paper, for remainder of the time.
Let it stand, covered with foil, 20 minutes before carving.
