Country Pate

Ingredients
  Pork meat 600 Gram
  Pork liver 200 Gram
  Pork fat 200 Gram
  Corn starch 100 Gram
  Onions 100 Gram, diced, sauteed
  Shallots 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Egg 1
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mince the pork meat, liver and fat, and mix together with the other ingredients.
Place in a terrine.
Cook in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
When cooked, press the ingredients firmly into the terrine, and allow to cool.
Keep in fridge
