Ingredients
  Shell macaroni 1 Pound
  Velveeta cheese 1 Pound
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Tomato puree 20 Ounce (1 No.1 Can)
  Onions 1 Pound, chopped fine
  Canned mushrooms 20 Ounce (1 No.1 Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic salt To Taste
Directions

Saute beef and onions in butter, cook macaroni in usual way, add melted cheese to saute; add tomato puree, add mushrooms, include liquor from mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste.
Mix with macaroni, stir constantly until well mixed.
