|Shell macaroni||1 Pound|
|Velveeta cheese||1 Pound|
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Tomato puree||20 Ounce (1 No.1 Can)|
|Onions||1 Pound, chopped fine|
|Canned mushrooms||20 Ounce (1 No.1 Can)|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
Saute beef and onions in butter, cook macaroni in usual way, add melted cheese to saute; add tomato puree, add mushrooms, include liquor from mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste.
Mix with macaroni, stir constantly until well mixed.
