1. Mash liverwurst;,mix in ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper lightly until well-blended; shape around olive halves to make 48 balls.
2. Melt butter or margarine in a large shallow baking pan; add meat balls, tossing lightly to give them a buttery coating.
3. Bake in hot oven (425°), turning once, about 15 minutes, or until crispy brown.
