Ingredients
  Round steak/Sirloin 2 1⁄2 Pound (About 1 1/2 Inches Thick)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Boiled potatoes 5 (Hot)
Directions

Cut meat into 2-inch pieces and pound with rolling pin.
Mix vinegar, salt, and pepper and rub into both sides of meat.
Set aside in cool place for thirty minutes.
Heat butter in skillet.
Brown meat quickly for 1 minute on each side for rare steak, a little longer for well done.
Remove to a hot platter.
Pour the water into hot skillet and bring to boil.
Pour over steak and potatoes.
