Beef And Vegetable Supper
|Lean beef||1 Pound, ground|
|Potatoes||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Carrots||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Long grain rice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Small, sliced|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
In 2-quart casserole, place beef; cover.
Microwave at high (10) 5 to 7 minutes until browned; stir after 3 minutes.
Remove from casserole and drain well.
In same casserole, layer potatoes, carrots, rice, onions, ground beef and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Microwave at high (10) 15 to 23 minutes until vegetables are tender.
