Corned Beef And Mushroom Pate

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, fresh, finely chopped
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Corned beef 12 Ounce, coarsely chopped
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1 Tablespoon (drained)
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

Saute first 2 ingredients in the butter until well browned; cool.
Beat corned beef and sour cream until well mixed.
Add mushroom mixture and next 3 ingredients and pack in oiled 2-cup mold.
Chill several hours.
Unmold and garnish with parsley.
