Corned Beef And Mushroom Pate
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, fresh, finely chopped|
|Corned beef||12 Ounce, coarsely chopped|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Horseradish||1 Tablespoon (drained)|
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
Saute first 2 ingredients in the butter until well browned; cool.
Beat corned beef and sour cream until well mixed.
Add mushroom mixture and next 3 ingredients and pack in oiled 2-cup mold.
Chill several hours.
Unmold and garnish with parsley.
