Hearty Beef Hash

  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced cooked beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Snipped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Condensed cream of tomato soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Undiluted)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese slices 5

Combine rice, beef, onion, parsley, soup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on high, or until hot and bubbly.
Let stand 3 minutes, covered.
When serving, top each serving with thin slice of cheese.
