Beef Birds

Ingredients
  Lean beef 1 Pound, cut in 8 thin slices (500 Gram)
  Bacon slices 4
  Chopped green onion 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped parsley 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Condensed beef broth 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)
  Canned green peas 14 Ounce (1 Can 398 Milliliter)
Directions

On each slice of meat place 1/2 slice of bacon, a mound of chopped onion and parsley.
Roll the slices lengthwise and tie with string.
Pour broth into a pot, carefully add the beef birds; season to taste; simmer for a half hour.
Add mushrooms; simmer for 20 minutes; add peas; heat without boiling.
