Creamy Horseradish Beef

Ingredients
  Beef round steak 2 1⁄4 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes
  Onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon, dried
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine meat and onion in 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients, except sour cream, parsley and horseradish; recover.
3. Microwave on SIMMER for 18 to 20 minutes or until fork tender. Stir in sour cream, parsley and horseradish. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before servng
