1. Sprinkle roast with "Microshake" for meat. Place in microwave baking pan with fat side down. Note: Microwave pan with rack is best.
2. Insert temperature probe into the center of the thickest meaty area without touching fat or bone.
3. Touch Clear. Touch Auto Roast and 6. Touch Start.
4. At pause after stage 1, invert roast 180 degrees and rotate 180 degrees.
5. Insert temperature probe into thickest part of roast.
6. Touch Start.
