Beef Tartar

  Lean ground beef/Sirloin / round 2 Pound (Very Lean)
  Capers 12
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium
  Party rye bread 1 Small, thinly sliced (2 1/2-Inch Size)

Finely chop the capers and anchovies, then mix with the oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper and salt.
Mix to the consistency of a paste.
Add paste to the meat and thoroughly mix together.
Mold into a loaf and let set until it comes to room temperature
