Beef Marinated In Bourbon

Ingredients
  Sirloin tip 2 Pound, in 1 1/4 inch cubes (900 Gram)
  Bourbon 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Soya sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Mushroom caps 12 , blanched
  Bok choy pieces 12 (Stem Only, Bite Size Pieces)
  White onions 2 , cut in 4 blanched and sectioned
  Carrots 2 Large, cut in 1/2 inch lengths and blanched
  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Marinate sirloin in mixture of bourbon, soya sauce, mustard and Worcestershire sauce for 1 hour.
Drain beef and reserve marinade.
Alternate beef and vegetables on skewers and place on ovenproof platter; brush with oil.
Season skewers generously and broil 4 minutes in oven 4 in (10 cm) from top element.
Turn skewers over once.
Move skewers 6 in (15 cm) from top element; finish broiling another 4 minutes turning skewers once.
Baste with a bit of marinade.
