Beef Lover's Stew

This is a very easy recipe for beef stew. very tasty...it should satisfy the meat lover in you. Using lots of onions makes the taste out of heaven!! The sauce that is created from the meat juice combined with the spices is great for dipping bread in, very similar to really think onion soup. Check out the video clip for more on the preparations.
Ingredients
  Cubed beef/Lamb 2 Pound
  Onions 1 Pound
  Cooking oil 1
  Allspice To Taste
  Cinnamon To Taste
  Cardamom To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat up the oil. Add the beef to cook and seal the juices in. Let cook in its own juices until most of the liquid evaporates. Add the onions. Fold together. Add the spices and the seasoning. Add about a cup of water. Cook on high heat until it boils, then lower the heat and simmer for at least 40 minutes or longer until the beef is tender. Eat with any kind of starch such as bread, potatoes, rice or pasta. Green salad on the side to balance out the nutritions.
