Orange Ginger Beef

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Shao hsing wine/Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Beef steak 3⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced across the grain (Sirloin / Flank)
  Thawed undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger slices 5 (Thin Slices)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon, mixed with 2 teaspoons water
  Orange slices 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

Preparation Combine marinade ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add beef and stir to coat.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Cooking Place a wok or wide frying pan over high heat until hot.
Add oil, swirling to coat sides.
Add ginger slices and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 5 seconds.
Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until barely pink.
Add sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add cornstarch solution and cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
Garnish with orange slices.
