Beef Steak And Onions
|Dijon-style mustard/Brown/prepared mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snipped fresh thyme/1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Boneless beef top loin steak||12 Ounce, cut 1 inch thick|
|Onions||2 Medium, cut into 1/2 inch slices|
For glaze, in a small bowl stir together mustard, honey, thyme, black pepper, and .garlic.
Trim fat from steak.
Place steak and onion slices on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medi-'ura coals.
Grill for 11 to 15 minutes for medium rare (145Â°F) or 14 to 18 minutes for medium (160Â°F), turning once.
Brush steak and onions with glaze just before turning; generously brush with remaining glaze during the last half of grilling.
