Skewered Beef Bundles

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Beef round tip steak 1 Pound, cut 1 inch thick
  Whole green beans 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh)
  Carrots 4 Large, cut into 3-inch-long sticks
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

In medium bowl combine soy sauce, sugar, and ginger.
Cut steak into thin strips.
Cover; marinate meat in soy mixture for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook beans and carrots separately in boiling salted water till barely tender; drain well and cool.
Wrap half the meat strips around bundles of four beans; repeat with remaining meat and carrot sticks.
Secure with wooden picks.
Thread bundles ladder fashion on two parallel skewers
Brush with melted butter.
Grill over medium coals about 4 minutes.
Turn and grill for 3 to 4 minutes more.
Brush with melted butter once or twice more during cooking.
