|Beef short ribs||2 Pound (Meaty)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Dry red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Liquid gravy seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Arrange short ribs in a 2 or 3 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with garlic and salt.
Combine wine and liquid gravy seasoning.
Pour over short ribs.
Microwave, covered, for 15 to 18 minutes, on high, or until meat is tender, stirring once or twice during cooking period.
Remove and let stand 5 minutes.
