Beef 'N Frank Wagon Wheel
|Condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 can)|
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Frankfurters||6 , split|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded process cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
Place a double layer of foil on cookie sheet.
Mix thoroughly 1/3 cup soup, beef, salt, and 1 teaspoon chili powder; pat out firmly into 11-inch circle about 1/2 inch thick on foil.
Turn up edges of foil to catch fat.
Firmly press frankfurters, cut side up, into meat in spoke fashion.
In saucepan, cook onion with remaining chili in butter until tender; stir in remaining soup; spread over meat.
Bake at 450°F. for 15 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
Sprinkle with cheeses; bake until melted.
