Corned Beef Dinner
|Corned beef||3 Pound|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Chopped onion||14 Cup (224 tbs)|
|Potatoes||2 , peeled and quartered|
|Carrots||4 , pared and sliced|
1 In a 4-quart, covered, non-metallic, glass baking dish, combine beef, water, bay leaves, garlic and onion.
2. Cook on delicate food cycle or defrost cycle for one hour.
3. Add potatoes, carrots and cabbage. Cook 30 minutes on delicate food cycle or defrost cycle until vegetables are tender.
