Ingredients
  Lean stewing beef 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes
  Onions 2 Large, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Smoked sausage 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Sprouted kidney beans 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Not Steamed)
  Dry red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beef bouillon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Lemon 1⁄2 , rind grated
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°.
In large 3-qt.casserole put beef, onions, salt and pepper.
Cover and place in oven.
Cook for 1 hour.
Add remaining ingredients except brandy and parsley.
Cover and cook for 1/2-2 hours until meat and sprouts are tender.
