Beef On A Spit
|Condensed onion soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce, condensed (1 Can)|
|Water||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Soup Can)|
|Bleu cheese||1 Tablespoon, crumbled|
|Beef rotisserie roast||4 Pound (Top Quality)|
In shallow baking dish, combine soup, water, and cheese; add beef.
Marinate at room temperature for 2 hours; turn once.
Mount and balance beef on spit.
Insert meat thermometer into beef.
Roast 1 1/2 hours or until 130° F (rare) on meat thermometer following oven manufacturer's directions.
In saucepan, heat marinade until cheese is melted; stir now and then.
Thicken with 1 tablespoon flour, if desired.
