Beef Gulyas

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Paprika 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Boneless beef pot roast 2 Pound, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, cut up
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Potatoes 3 Medium, finely chopped
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In 3-quart casserole, cook bacon, covered with paper toweling, at HIGH for 5 minutes or till crisp.
Reserve drippings in casserole.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Cook onion and garlic in bacon drippings at HIGH for 2 minutes or till tender, stirring once.
Stir in paprika and salt.
Add meat, bacon, water, tomato, and tomato paste.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM (5) for 45 minutes.
Stir in potatoes.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM (5) for 45 minutes or till tender.
Skim off excess fat.
Ladle into bowls.
