Creamed Cooked Beef
|Thinly sliced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crushed thyme||1 1⁄2 Dash (1 Generous Dash)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Golden Mushroom Soup Will Also Do)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced cooked beef||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooked peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted or cooked|
In saucepan, cook celery and onion with thyme in butter until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients except toast.
Heat; stir occasionally.
