Chuck Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Chuck pot roast 3 Pound
  Gravy mix/Flour 1⁄8 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Sliced carrots 4 Medium
  Sliced onions 2 Medium
  Potatoes 2 Large, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
Directions

In 12x8-inch glass dish, coat roast on both sides with gravy mix or flour.
Add water, salt and bay leaf.
Microwave (high), covered, 10 minutes.
Rotate and turn roast over.
Microwave medium (50%), covered, 35-40 minutes.
Add carrots, onions and potatoes.
Microwave medium (50%), covered, 35-40 minutes.
Rest, covered, 15-20 minutes.
