Pinoy Boiled Veal Shanks In Beef Broth

I don't know how to describe this... Anyway, lutongPINOY!!! You will surely like this beef preparation.
Ingredients
  Veal shanks 500 Gram
  Sweet corn 2 , sliced
  Coste/Pechay 500 Gram, sliced
  Fish sauce/Patis 1 Tablespoon
  Broth cube 1 (Classic / Beef Flavor)
  Ginger powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground mixed pepper seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In a deep pan, heat up the olive oil. Fry the onions and add the meat. Cook both the sides properly. Pour the water and let it boil. Add the broth cube, fish sauce, ginger powder and ground mixed pepper seeds. Boil the meat for another 30 mins by covering with a lid. Add the sweetcorn slices, cover and cook for another 20 mins. Add the sliced coste/pechay, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
