Best beef kabob recipe I have ever tasted!
Beef fillet 2 Pound, cut into cubes
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seven spices 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Green pepper 1 , cut into cubes
Onion 1 , cut into cubes
Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut into cubes

Preheat grill. In a large bowl mix beef cubes with salt, black pepper, seven spices and olive oil. Next you need to skewer the meet and the vegetables, to do this alternate the beef with each vegetable but leave 1 inch of skewer on each side, repeat until all the veggies and meat is used. Grill each side of the skewer for 5-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meet and how well done you like it, if you like it medium rare then only do 5 minutes, if you like it well done, then you'll need to go to 10-12 minutes on each side. Serve with rice, pita, hummus and tabouli.

Wow! Kabobs have always been my favorite. But I would like using mutton or lamb instead of beef; consuming beef goes against my religion! :) Will the kabob come out good if the meat used is chicken?

Lamb and chicken kabobs are both excellent-just vary your spices to suit these meats. In Greece they use olive oil, oregano, and lemon on these.
