Beef Jerky

Ingredients
  Round steak/Flank 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Seasoned salt 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Trim meat and slice 1/8-inch thick.
Shake meat in seasonings in paper sack.
On rack in 12x8-inch glass dish lay 6 pieces over rack ribs.
Microwave (high), covered with paper towel, 3-4 minutes, rearranging once.
Finish drying at room temperature on paper towel if necessary.
Store in covered container.
