Deviled Beef

Ingredients
  Roast beef slices 8
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Dairy sour cream 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Buttered dry breadcrumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (For breadcrumbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Arrange roast beef slices in buttered flat casserole, slightly overlapping.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, onions and seasonings.
Spread over beef slices.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake in a 400° F.oven 15 to 20 minutes or until beef is thoroughly heated and crumbs are browned.
French-fried onions make a good accompaniment.
