Beef Tartare With Bread

Our very simple version of preparing BEEF TARTARE in BREAD that serve as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
  Minced beef tenderloin 150 Gram
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Mixed pepper seeds 1 Pinch
  Onion rings 2
  Pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Salted capers 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a small mixing bowl, season the beef with the black pepper powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, olive oil, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes then spread the seasoned ground beef on the bread, top to taste and serve.
