Beef Tripe With Oyster Sauce

This recipe video shows a very yummy and easy way of cooking beef TRIPE.
Ingredients
  Beef tripe 800 Gram
  Tomato chunks 1 Kilogram
  Basil 1 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oyster sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced ginger 25 Gram
Directions

Boil the beef tripe for 1 hour add, if you like, sliced ginger to remove unwanted smells.

Once tripe is soft, heat the olive oil in a medium size pot and brown the onions and garlic, add the beef tripe, the basil, the fresh tomato chunks, the ground black pepper, the oyster sauce and bring to boil until tomatoes are cooked and serve.

Thanks for sharing! This beed stripe is a rare recipe here in the internet. A good alternative to the Filipino Callos if you don't have chickpeas but just simple ingredients of tamato, onions etc.. I'll give it a try.
